Simple and Easy S'mores | Recipe

S'mores is one of the simplest dessert recipes, which consist of roasted marshmallow and chocolate sandwiched between two piece of graham crackers. It gives room for creativity, where each time, you come up with different combinations by mixing various ingredients together. The main ingredient is definitely the marshmallow, the other two ingredient can be of your choice. Instead of using chocolate, I personally prefer using spreads (less messy) such as Nutella, peanut butter, or butterscotch. Experiment using Oreos, digestives biscuit, or even scones as the base. Most of the time I just stick to the old school chocolate biscuit, simply because it's cheaper, have a wider surface area and round in shape. Steps by steps directions are given as per the images. Toast the marshmallows in the oven on the lowest heat for about five minutes before squashy them with the other base. Best eaten when it's hot/warm so that the marshmallow is gooey and chewy.
