What can you have when you want a snack that is more filling than fruits and fancier than cereals? Yogurt parfait, of course! Since dairy-free options can be pricey in Singapore, I decided to make my own. I got the recipe from Jenny Mustard. Using only two simple ingredients, the yogurt can be done in less than 5 minutes. Once it's ready, the yogurt has an initial soy bean curd (or tao huey) flavour that slowly ferments to a tangy Greek yogurt taste. I'm really happy with the results.
